  • Authentication: Passwords (stored securely) and OTPs used for verification.
  • Documents: ID Proofs and Payment Screenshots uploaded manually for verification by study hall owners.
  • Device Data: FCM tokens for sending push notifications regarding your bookings and updates.
  • Usage Data: Cabin booking history, check-in/check-out timers, plan durations, and complaints logged via our platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes, primarily to facilitate a seamless study hall experience:

  • To create and manage your account within a specific study hall branch.
  • To process your bookings, seat allocations, and plan renewals.
  • To communicate with you via WhatsApp or push notifications for important updates and OTPs.
  • To allow study hall owners to verify payments, ID proofs, and manage daily operations.
  • To resolve technical complaints and provide customer support.

Data Sharing & Multi-Tenant Architecture

Cabintune operates as a multi-tenant SaaS platform. This means:

  • Your personal data is logically separated and associated with the specific study hall branch you are registered with.
  • The owners and admins of your respective study hall have access to your profile, bookings, uploaded documents, and payment statuses to manage their business.
  • We do not sell your data to third-party marketers or advertisers.

Data Security & Storage

We prioritize the security of your personal information. Our system uses secure databases with logically isolated tables for each study hall. Passwords and sensitive tokens are encrypted. However, please remember that no transmission of data over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies and local storage (e.g., to remember your UI theme preferences like Dark/Light mode) to ensure a smooth user experience. You can manage or disable these in your browser settings.

Your Rights
